E10 - Everyday English 10 (April to October)
Course Description

This course is designed for the summer months. It is aimed at helping participants to communicate freely in English, with emphasis on fluency and accuracy. Besides learning grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, the participants are given ample opportunity to practise the spoken language through discussion and conversation.
The course has the added advantage of providing personalised teaching and individual attention. Maximum Students: 10 per class (April to October)

Duration of Course:
Minimum 1 week Classes -
if 20 sessions: 09.00 to 12.30 hours
if 30 sessions: 09.00 to 12.30 hours and 13.00 to 14.30 hours

Sessions per Week: 20 (If there is only one participant, sessions will be reduced to 10) or 30 (If there is only one participant, sessions will be reduced to 15). Courses normally start on a Monday but alternative arrangements can be made on request

Duration of Session: 45 minutes

Levels: All levels (Beginners to Advanced)

Rates: 20 sessions €130 per week, 30 sessions €175 per week,40 sessions €220,
course material €12, registration €15
As from 1st January 2010 the price for 20 sessions will go up to €135 per week.

Individual course


PE - Personalised General English

Course Description
This is tuition on a one-to-one basis. The Personalised General English is aimed at helping students to communicate freely in everyday spoken and written English.
This course caters for both fluency and accuracy and is tailored to the participant's own requirements.

Period of Operation: All the year round

Duration of Course: Open. Classes - 15 sessions - 09.00 - 11.15 hours, 20 sessions - 09.00 - 12.30 hours, 30 sessions - 09.00 - 14.30 hours.

Sessions per Week: 15, 20 or 30. Courses normally start on a Monday but alternative arrangements can be made on request

Duration of Session: 45 minutes

Levels: All levels

Study Material: Personalised Handouts

Location: Lessons need not be held on the school premises and the timetable can be arranged with the teacher and the times of the lessons are flexible.

Rates : 15 sessions: €270 per week; 20 sessions: €340 per week; 30 sessions: €480 per week, course material €12, registration €15
